DRF has PP\'s up for Friday.

5 maiden\'s out of 10, 2 go long on the grass, 2 have 500,000 Pletcher pieces at 3/5, the last is an awful 25k maiden claimer. The 2 stakes are competive 7 horse fields, a real nice optional claimer on the grass in the 1st, nice allw sprint and an open 20 claimer.

Not nearly as bad as the condition book suggested and a couple of bets for sure.
TG sheets up on Wednesday night maybe?

Upper Nile

See everyone at the seminar on Saturday.

Edgorman

Where is the clubhouse \"porch booth\".  Thx.

FrankD.

Ed,

I\'ve been going to the Spa since 1973 & looked for it several times last year?
I get mine at the Union Ave gate, its close to the Carolina BBQ where I hang every day anyway.

Good luck and stop by to say hello,

Frank D.

As I remember it\'s near the end of the building, behind it, near where the horses enter the track from the paddock. There are some stairs, an entrance to the ground floor dining room, and the booth, all close together. I think if you come through the clubhouse exchange it\'s a little to your right.

If I remember, I have picked them up right across from the Nathan\'s hot dog stand that is located underneath the grandstand(the entrance is to the very right of the red/White covered escalator). I think that they rent Binoculars there as well.

Yeah, that\'s my point of familiarity in the CH.

So, the grandstand outlet is now literally in the lengthy reserved-seat booth facing Union Avenue?

. . . not that I\'m in a hurry . . . unless somebody sends a limo, no way I\'m there during the first two weeks . . .

We switched to the present locations in 2011. We had NO choice. The Grandstand venue is the Reserved Seat Office at the Union Gate, NOT repeat NOT the binocular stand. The Clubhouse venue is the Porch Booth. It\'s near where the horses enter the track from the paddock. There are signs stating Porch Booth close by. It\'s to the right of the Program Stands upon Clubhouse entry through the Nelson Avenue Gate. At the end of the day you can cross into the Clubhouse at no cost and go to the Porch Booth. That\'s the venue open later. But midday, early in the day if you do not have access to the Clubhouse then the Reserved Seat Office is the place to go to purchase Thoro-Graph.

I\'ve found best results come when resisting the siren song of the first third of the Hand melon clambake.   Whitney, at the earliest.
