Interesting article about fixing horse racing

plasticman: This is not an article about \'fixed\' races, its more an article about how to \'fix\' the ills of the sport.

Its a decent read.

SO, the survey says (apologies to the recently deceased Richard Dawson)that 72% approve of lotteries and only 50% approve of horse racing. I find it fascinating that 22 percent of people in this survey think that gambling on a mindless gambling game is ok, but \'investing\' in a skill game like horse betting isnt ok.

I think that says horse race betting has not exactly been accurately portrayed in the media.
