Why is that last race considered an OFF. He only backed up 1.5 from the Top two races before. Also tough for me to see a Recovery Move in his line and consider it an OFF.

TGJB: SC-- by definition, \"off\" is more than one and less than four points off the top. There\'s an explanation page for the TP. As far as reading the pattern, if you have used our data for a while you shouldn\'t be using the TP-- it\'s a broad average, not case specific.
