I\'m really starting to like this race.

Capital Plan looks good to me, and I think she may be more than the 5/1 ML with Vamo, Camellia Rose, and Cambina taking money.

Worked her way down to the 4.5, and I think you could make an excuse for both of the 11s she ran recently (a dirt race at SA and a Tapeta at GG,its possible she just didn\'t like those surfaces).

Back to her preferred surface, she got back to her December top of 4.5. Cambina has the same top and carries 5 more pds.  Vamo just ran a 4 but carries 6 more pounds. The analysis details Camellia Rose\'s shortcomings, she\'s slower.

Capital Plan has speed, shouldn\'t lose much ground, gets significant weight from the others (provided Blanc can tack 114 pds), has won at this 1 1/4 distance, and has a real shot at what I hope will be 7/1 or so.

Nice call by TG on a bad ML favorite. Got lucky on the nose for 2nd and thanks TG for another nice rotw!

Wow, what an awful race call by Trevor. I\'ve defended him as much as anybody, but that stretch call was embarrassing.

He called the new leader as Camellia Rose, when Capital Plan was stalking in 2nd the entire trip and took the lead clearly turning for home.  He called her twice, gave Cambina a call, then after Capital Plan had about 4 lengths inside the 1/8 pole finally gave her a call.

C\'mon Trevor, you make it really hard for me to defend you with calls like that. Nice win mutuel though, thanks TG for yet another nice ROTW.

And one last shout to Sekrah, I\'m still amazed at that selection. I had a nice win ticket on Capital Plan, some of which came from the Lexington.

Mr. Denman will be 60 years old this year. While we keep hearing that \"60 is the new 50\" and other assorted little pithy statements, it\'s quite possible that Denman is struggling with his eyesight a bit.

I don\'t think you need to defend him anymore, P-Dub, and his detractors ought to back off: his body of work speaks for itself.

Besides, we used to cut people a break as they age a bit -- respect for our elders and all that...seriously, WTF happened to that? Was it revoked?

Then he should do the right thing and become a steward.

\"Besides, we used to cut people a break as they age a bit -- respect for our elders and all that...seriously, WTF happened to that? Was it revoked?\"

This is why I advocate putting the age of the poster on all the posts here.

If that\'s the case, I\'m 92.  It must be the marvels of gingko biloba.
