No info on internet that I can find.  Anyone know how our boys are doing?

Doing good, Eric!  Thx for update.

I just want to say thank you to Thorograph for providing sheets for the three days of the HPWS at the Orleans. Rick handed off the data that enabled me to grind into 12th place after two days. Data that few others had helped me to identify horses that figured at solid prices. Day three was barbelled with very short prices and a steady stream of longshots (\"cap\" horses in contest parlance.) As one continuing to play mid-priced horses I fell, no I plummeted, down the leader board. Passing on maiden breaker Unremitting in race 8 from the Fairgrounds and also on the gutty win by Here to Win in the Very One at Gulfstream (both TG analysis selections) haunted me the whole red-eye flight home.

Again, Thorograph made manageable handicapping 186 races from eight tracks over three days to make the 45 mythical $20 WP plays against 675 competitors. Oh to have a few of those plays back. Until the next big handicapping contest, the support is greatly appreciated!

I didn\'t have time to take a picture of the final finishing order. I was late to my early morning flight. I heard you finished in the top 30.  Nice work.

I couldn't find a link to the final results, but some of you may know or know of third place finisher Bob Rubin, a good and successful handicapper and sports bettor from Baltimore.

Because he's from Durango, Co, I'm guessing a far lesser number know wire to wire winner Bob Gregory, who pocketed more than $300k. However, if want to hear an interesting and inspiring story, Bob's scheduled to be interviewed by Steve Byk this morning at 10 a.m.:http://www.thoroughbredracingradionetwork.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=22&Itemid=38

In 2010, Bob qualified in the first contest he ever entered and finished a fast closing second in the NHC.  Between that contest and his triumph this weekend, Bob was able to overcome a very serious brain tumor, which is obviously in and of itself quite remarkable. His approach and attitude throughout that ordeal is one of the reasons I consider Bob in the top tier of those I've been fortunate enough to get to know through our great game.

Congrats to Bob.

Thanks to Thorograph for the data!  I made it up to 17th at the end day two, but fell to 55th with a rough final day.

I too would like to thank TG for supplying data and Rick B for delivering it.  I hope to see you all again next year.

Also want to add my thanks to TG and to Rick for going out of his way to be available and get us the daily products.  It was my first tourney, got off to a slow start due to numerous cocktails Wednesday night and some good fortune on the craps table causing me to get to my room at 5 a.m. Thursday morning without having looked at a thing for Day 1.  Hopefully will learn from that but chances are slim; Vegas just does that to me.  Anyway it was a great  experience and I\'m looking forward to another.  Thanks again TG!
