FL figures

We\'re doing a review of the figures at all the circuits to make sure they correlate track to track. We\'ve now added a couple of points to a lot of Finger Lakes races, so those of you (Miff) who thought they were too fast and have been adding yourself, take notice. Note that this takes effect with the sheets of Thursday, not tomorrow.

Of all the tracks which translate TG/BEYER/RAGS, FL shippers had the most issues. Not because you mentioned it, but many(not all)FL figs came up 2-3 points faster on TG.Charting all the FL runners that shipped to Aqu/Bel generally showed that  a fairly high % of FL figs were not repeated at AQU. That can be true of shippers from any circuit for many reasons.
