Man, the 3 year old waters are getting deep!

So, we entered a 3 year old colt we bought privately a few months ago for his first race for us in the allowance at Tampa on the turf for Sat.

We passed up an allowance at Gulfstream assuming that we would find a much softer spot at Tampa, especially given the low purse.

So, I open up the DRF after the entries are posted and who do I see in there against us? None other than the winner of the Breeders Cup Juvie Turf, Pluck, who is using this as a prep for the race in Europe.

He\'s also entered at Gulfstream but Motion says he\'s gonna run at Tampa because the 1 mile distance of my \"easy\" allowance race is the same as the distance he will run in the stake in Europe.

Man, so much for trying to pick our spots!

Alot of awesome racing on Saturday and not just the 3 year olds, the other races at GP and SA are great as well.
