New testing procedures at Spa

JB....any thoughts on the so called \"New Testing\" said to be the most advanced and comprehensive of any in the US?  I know in the past, your mention of Calif having the best.
 

How do we approach this Sar meet...with the likes of RudyR, and of course TAP whose runners seem to throw the figs of old, FLA,NY,NJ...it does not seem to matter where they run. The list of these trainers is growing again.

I have no idea what the \"new testing\" means. Paying careful attention to several trainers the first few days of the meet is the way to go.
