In the staying up with technology front, you need to figure a way for people to download your sheets via an APP for the IPhone-Itouch- and Android type phone/device. These suckers are mini computers and since your data is all PDF\"s these devices are a hell of a lot easier to be looking at at a beting window or calling your ADW.

Sure we can go through the website to download with these devices, but a one touch APP will make life easier for your customers. Login controls etc still would be required etc.

I would seriously consider this as I know your competitors are doing something in this area.

While Richiebee is getting up to speed on his computer many of us have moved on to these hand held devices. The Quicks or Mini Quicks lend themselves better to that format.....
