Not a lot of love for Adriano I see.  Although I hardly ever play synth races, I played him on Sat. using the embarrassingly simplistic logic of \"if this was 9f on grass, who would win.\"  In any case, he looked like the winner every step of the way and would seem to have a bright future. He won\'t wear any roses, but it may be premature to write him off completely. If they try the Derby dirt I would give him a hard look for a minor award. Otherwise, looks to be a nice grass horse.

As for Turfway, it was my \"home\" track during the mid to late 90s when it really was an up and coming operation.  I remember the Sep. meets being of very high quality. How Mike Battaglia is paid to be a track announcer is one of life\'s great mysteries.

Regarding Battaglia he is big reason I can not watch/listen to Turfway racing.

hossgnat - nice call . adriano almost reminded me of lawyer ron a bit for the last quarter and if the horse ran about 2 points better saturday , another such move next time couldn\'t entirely be out of the question imo ...
