Jeff Singer\'s Coat the Cubes is looking to accomplish something her now-famous half-brother never did: win a race.
Out of the Unbridled mare Magical Masquerade, who is also the dam of the $16-million 2-year-old purchase The Green Monkey, the Florida-bred Vindication filly will go postward in the second race at Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course in Pennsylvania March 6.
Trainer John Servis has sent out Coat the Cubes in five attempts at various distances after getting the filly from the barn of Kiaran McLaughlin, who saddled Coat the Cubes to a seventh-place finish in her debut at Belmont Park last October.
Coat the Cubes made her last start in a one-mile maiden special weight test at Penn National, finishing second by a length. She appears to be sitting on a win as her chart reads like a countdown with her order of finish improving with each start: 7-5-4-3-2.

Now talking about expensive auction horses Jalil a $9.7 million yearling just won it\'s third straight race in Dubai a Group 2 race. He didn\'t do much as a two year old but as a 4 year old things have changed.
