TG Figures at WO

Consider this a vote of confidence for TG\'s figures at WO. It seems that there are always overlays and good plays there.

Yesterday, I downloaded both WO and SA. With WO starting earlier, I bet the first several races there, before switching over to SA.

BANG.........the early double at WO; a 5-2 (best figure horse) in the first, with the longest shot in the second.........$106 double. The real amazing thing is that these were short horse fields (7 horses in the first/ 6 horses in the second).

Moving on to SA. I completely blew it with Valiant Effort in the 10th, despite Lava Man finishing poorly, which I really thought was a sure thing. The interesting thing is, Bold Chieftan had those two big back numbers, which were inviting.

The one race at SA that I nailed was the Cal Cup Juvenile Stakes. By far the best figure in the race was Sierra Sunset. The question was the distance and the possible bounce. At almost 7-1, it was impossible to pass-up.
