Anyone else like this horse besides me?

Did 1 1/8 handily at Pimlico last time out.  Watched the Southwest 250k vs Teuflesberg.. Xchanger had a trouble trip.. i think that race number is underrated.  Reacted badly off that effort in the Rebel vs Curlin.

Seems to like Pimlico.  Pretty sharp fractions in that Stakes race here and held up well, :46.2, 1:10.4, 1:36.1, 1:49.4 with seemingly alot left in the tank.

1 month rest seems perfect here for a good shot at moving forward and maybe coming into contention. Perfect post position, will save ground all the way around.

Thoughts?

Cudos to Xchanger in his Tesio win.He ran a big race. That may be his downfall.
Best of luck and enjoy beautiful Balmer saturday.

Pimlico has been \"showcasing\" a phoney since Deputed Testimony........(give or take a year or 2)

include him in your superfecta. He\'s 4th rate.

Sekrah,

I like this horse too.  He looks very much like a horse who\'s sitting on a race.  He\'s been working well all winter/spring but for some reason couldn\'t transfer that form to Arkansas.  He\'s the only one with a race over the track. He\'s got Dominguez who can ride with any of these guys. He\'ll be a price because all those people looking for a replay of the Derby will ignore him.  He came home slow in the Tesio but apparently Dominguez had him geared down (or maybe wishful thinking).

Street Sense is good but apparently not the same horse away from CD.  And Hard Spun, I don\'t know where he got that last race from.  I expected him to fold at the eighth pole.  I don\'t think he can do it again.

Xchanger is not really a Pimlico horse. He merely ran very well at Pimlico.

There was a Pimlico horse recently that ran very well in the Classics. He finished second to War Emblem at very high odds. I can\'t recall his name just now.

The main problem that Xchanger has is that the first three finishers in the Derby are not Giacomo, Closing Argument and Don\'t Ge Mad. I think he could get into the exotics but to do so Bounce will have to play a role. You have to wager upon Bounce, Multiple Bounce and Myriad Bounce to move him up into the exotics.

That said, I believe you have to factor him.

Magic Weisner....If XCHANGER wins, will representatives from BALCO be in the winner\'s circle with Mark Shuman?
