I\'ll gladly put up with the out-laws on Thursday and shopping with the wife during early Friday with this and the Citation Handicap (supposedly 14 are going) \"looming boldly\" later on in the day.

The Clarke looks like a good betting race - It\'s No Joke ( 10-1  ML ) is the best play as a win bet , and a 3 horse $1 tri box along w/ Premium Tap + Wiggins looks interesting if prices hold up .  
In the 10th at CD friday that 2nd lasix angle on the Biancone horse is pretty strong - too bad about the price though ...

well, I\'ll give the new trainer for SF one last shot and box him up and down with pletchers two (ck out the weight on a arrow), premium tap, and irene\'s mon - 30:1 and just 111 lbs.

As far as exotics in the Clarke , there is definately a couple ways to go . When looking at the race initially , my feeling was as it still is now , that the win bet is the A+ play . SF does deserve some respect though - he is a Graph-Racing horse and from the rail , maybe a 0 or 1 makes him competitive  .

Wiggins has rarely run poor 2nd off a lay off and could concievably run a small 1 pt top - I guess it comes down to I\'d hate getting beat by Wiggins more than Super Frolic  in this instance ... Keying 2 or 3 under It\'s No Joke is also another option I\'m weighing but if using 4 horse\'s ,  a box is likely the prudent approach .  I feel pretty good about the win bet , so I may just let it go at that - I\'ll see after coffee ...

After originally stating I would key Bright One, I settled on Wild Dessert and boxed him with EVERYONE but the fav. in tri\'s and exacta\'s. Doh!!!!!

I was shocked Guidry cut such rediculous fractions with Bright One. What a waste.

I cashed a weak suck win/place ticket on WD...

Premium Tap was impressive. So was Desormeaux\'s ride

After Premium Tap got backed in to the gate becouse he wouldn\'t load  - I just knew he weren\'t going to lift a leg - dbl doh !
Saturday I\'m going with a cold late P-3 + DD at LRL ( Elliot\'s Exchange / Barron Von Tap / Crafty Schemer ) as a little stress buster from the NTRA-DRF/TVG online contest , this is probably last chance for me this year to qualify for the Vegas finals - so I\'m going for it ...

Too bad he didn\'t have that type of Kick in the BC. Would have been a lucrative day.
