Most regular players with a significant taxable income ....and that have the $ budget to chase big exotics at my venue have someone else cash their \"signers.\"  I suspect that every track in the country has an employee or two that will know how to take of it discreetly for a tipping customer. It irks me that it even has to be done. They tax man already gets it out of the original pools!               In theory.... if you make such low denominations {10 cents}to exotic pools....then pure gamblers will be more inclined to push the \"all\" button more often because the cost is so low. For the handicappers who find the one or two long shot overlays once in a while when a favorite is vulnerable....there winning tickets will be dilluted by the \"all\" players who catch it by pure luck.  I have decided to no longer play the simulcast pools {Arlington, Hawthorne etc} that allow it since my venue doesn\'t.
