anybody else like this colt? i though he might be a triple crown threat after his nice maiden win at GP. not sure if he got hurt, or if they are just taking it easy with him, but looks like he could be a factor at bel and sar (peter pan & belmont stks like his sire?)

It looks like it was a pretty good effort. Its always tough to judge when they alternate so many Turf races though. He\'s certainly bred to be any kind. Another A.p. Indy that likes to run up front. Strange phenomena. I\'d prefer one to come along that rated more kindly.

Cara Rafaela was a good filly My Flag\'s year.

Chuckles their is an AP Indy in this years field that will come from way out of it and need only a clean trip to factor. bbb

I think hes by an A.p. Indy son, Aptitude

oh, A.P. Warrior? I think his rating will be due to pace. How kindly he rates and whether he really wants to go a distance of ground are the issues.

I find it odd you make over a hundred posts on this years derby, extolling your competence, downgrading everyone\'s else opinion,  and yet have no clue who is in this years race. Comical. bbb

Bernadini had a cough and a small foot bruise between starts. Connections love him and see him a player in the summer stakes.

The kinder, gentler Chuckles the Clown will respond to you Bellsbend. Let me get him.....

The Kinder Gentler Chuckles: \"Bellsbend, you\'re humble and lovable, regardless of where your horse actually positions himself.\"

CTC-- you do understand this is another example of what I\'m talking about, right? Other people don\'t inspire the kind of reaction that you do, and you stir it up on purpose.

All right, everyone bring the intensity down.

miff,

We had Albertrani on \"At the Races\" Friday and I asked him that if Saturday went well would we see Bernardini in Baltimore and he said \"Yes\"...

If anyone wants to hear Haskin on Derby, Tagg on Showing Up, and more from last week\'s shows from Churchill, here is a link to the archives:

Thanks Steve,

Talked to him with a couple of guys about two weeks ago and got the impression that the DARLEY people like to bring them around slowly. The way he raced yesterday, maybe they\'ll change their mind. I thought he was a little grabby on the backside. He\'s only had two races though.
