5th..... winner nobodys listening had a nice pair of buried \"5\'s\" (including last turf race), making him attractive there, especially from post 2 in a huge field.

TGJB: I just looked at it, and boy you ain\'t kidding. Buried grass # good enough to win, followed by a dead rail (X) race.

Michael D.: you probably would have tossed Host in there in the feature. \"2.5\" last, against a 93 beyer, pays $25. second place horse had a nice buried #, but his lone turf # was a bit slow, i couldn\'t use him.

milwmike: Navesink River was the lone speed in the race, who waltzed through easy fractions.  With a 1w1w trip instead of 2w2w in lone turf outing as well as potential improvement in first start at 4, I thought he was a must use.  Huge exacta made up for Marwood\'s tough beat on Saturday.

Michael D.: the key to NR was probably the turf course. he just glided over the firm surface with no problem, while he tired a bit over the heavy going the race before. i boxed host and the two frankel horses (thought at least one of the two would run very well). i agree, NR made some sense, but you can\'t use them all.
