All these voided claims at NYRA tracks

I\'ve never seen so many voided claims post race as this year. I\'ve searched on the NY State Gaming Commission web site where it lists all the infractions, fines and suspensions for all the tracks, both TBred and Harness and they do not list voided claims. I\'ve searched their site for reasons for voided claims but nothing appears. I was informed that this is not a NYRA issue, but NYS GC issue but the voided claims are issued by the NY State vets. Does anyone here know the reasons all these claims are being voided? NYRA and DRF announce the claim was voided but they do not announce the reason why OR inquire of the NYS Vet the reasons. Even David Aragona was questioning this.
Interesting also to read the NYSGC database on all the fines and suspensions. It covers, of course, the fines and suspensions of jockeys, trainers, grooms, vets, exercise riders, jockey agents, but also included fines for the TV broadcast crew members, on track EMT\'s. Most of the latter never renewed or were caught working without proper NYS licenses.
