1st   Public had the Ex $23,  bots took it to 12 at the bell
   
2nd   Public had the Ex $100 (opened 190),  bots took it to 50 at the bell

Win pool better these days, but trust me, the exactas get hammered. and no , they dont always win , but when they do, you lose a lot of  juice.
