4)  Outdoor grandstand shut down at Pimlico, leading to massive loss of seats at the Preakness on short notice.
5)  DQ of Maximum Security leads to connections passing on Preakness.
6)  Country House now passing Preakness.  
7)  Weak Preakness field and can\'t advertise possible Triple Crown winner.
 Huge political fight over the future of Pimlico.
9)  Portland Meadows closed.
10) Continued horse shortages at Santa Anita leads to cancelled racing dates.
11) God knows what else.

Hard to feel sorry for rich people but these issues affect far more people than just the Stronachs.

Think the field, top to bottom, is going to be better than usual, because so many typically run away from it and the Derby winner (for the Belmont).

Several very interesting new shooters, with Improbable, Code, and WoW returning.

But look on the bright side.  We learned there is a SECOND Pegasus Statue!! Can\'t wait for this to be placed at one of their tracks......
