We as horseplayers are apparently a \"low use segment of the population\". How
does it feel knowing that we have been seeking transparency and a level playing
field for the last twenty or thirty years, but only when forces from outside
the industry/sport of horse racing get involved is action (ok, admittedly,
restricted use of Lasix and whips is window dressing) going to be taken?
