Saratoga Seats

Me and my dad are going to be taking our annual trip up. He has Parkinson\'s but can get around ok. we always sit in th clubhouse but I\'m curious about the seats at the very front( closer to finish line)....right in front of the 1st row. The have Chairs and a ledge. My dad likes to be very close to finish line and at clubhouse level and was thinking those seats would be really could for him as we could comfortably stay there for several races. Problem is I think those are for owners/ companies and not sold to public, correct? Thanks
