EVG Race 8

Did anyone see the 8th at Evd last night?  The winner #4 Zackarooneh came over 3 paths in the stretch and actually made contact with the 9.  OK, I get it, these are cheap horses but there wasn\'t even an inquiry or objection.  Am I off base here?
