wind effect?

Hi all,

Is there any info here on the wind effect on races?  Strong winds the past couple of days in the north east and south Florida on Sunday made me wonder if there is anywhere to see that in the TG sheets.  I know it is built into the number but how does that work and how do I know if a race was run in the wind?  While we\'re at it, is there a way to find out if there is a gold rail in TG the way there is an indicator of a dead rail with an X ? NY has had a bunch of gold rails recently. So need to know if that can be seen next time the horses run back.
