Coversion of Timeform rating vs Beyers?

For future reference, Beyer says to use -14.

My personal slant is that Beyers are not the way to go.  I think this is true even if you ignore the quality issue.  In many races, which horse looks best will vary depending on whose figures you are looking at. In such cases, if you\'re looking at the Beyers, and the Beyers happen to point to the winner, you won\'t get a price because so many other people use the Beyers.
