It\'s showing 25-30% precipitation around KD post-time as of today.  My question is how will the surface play out if there is light rain say for 20-30 minutes before the race and if it is otherwise clear when they\'re off.  Would that be considered a \"Fast\" track still?  How much rainwater is considered slop?
