kencbs: Reminds me of the computer inside guy behind the BC Pick-6 betting scandal (hooray for Volponi!). He also made good money by going into the system, retreiving and printing out uncashed tickets, and then cashing them.

Edit: What\'s really funny is people who bought tickets on AP at other tracks and OTBs are trying to sell their $2 win tickets on eBay. Why would anyone want to buy an uncashed AP win ticket from a venue other than the track?
