Is it true that the NHC has designated an Australian track as one of the mandatory races to bet during the championship?

This is akin to playing a World Series game in Japan. I think its hard enough to master speed figures, pedigrees, trainer/jock combos in this country alone, much less another country that races when I\'m in bed.
