Boscar Obarra: Someone  had this on the right day, big punch in the exacta pool last flash , looked like maybe an extra 3k on top / and something like that underneath.  

 Nothing much showed in the win pool .

Portable rail was out 96 feet yesterday; 1 1/8 not so much as the mile & 1 1/16 turf races but inside on that course is never a bad thing.

Probably a program plunge; I see a lot of disproportion with the 1,2,3\'s in exacta pools to their odds on Gulf turf races, particularly when the rail is way out.

It certainly wasn\'t a numbers guy jumping on Lochte!!!
