I don\'t want to start a holy war on the board about class handicapping or anything but I did want to did want to mention that I have been following Pleuven\'s races since early in the summer in France and I think he\'s a very very nice horse. He was bought by very sharp connections and they took their time with him before they entered him in a race and I think he will run very very big today.

One of the reasons we bought Testa Rossi is that TR had beat Pleuven before Pleuven won a listed stake over in France. Alot of the horses coming out of those races have gone on to do good things. I know some here don\'t believe in running lines but I do so I just wanted to share these thoughts with the board ahead of his race today.

He doesn\'t look fast on the TGs but neither did TR and they she ran a 6.75 in her first race here off of a bunch of 13s in France. In doesn\'t matter if its the lasix, the slower pace in Europe, the firmer ground here or if the numbers are just off in that region, I can tell you with alot of confidence that Pleuven is a better class of animal than the horses he is running against today.

Now Bon Accord is a really really nice horse as well which makes this race a bit tricky for me to play but I just wanted to post to suggest to folks to not leave pleuven out of exotics, etc just because he looks slower on the TGs.
