I think I asked this last year but I am still confused.  If I buy the pre-entry package now can I still get the final version with the horses in PP order after the draw for free or do I only get access to the seminar and sheets for the non-bc races?

nicely nicely: You only get free access to the seminar and the non bc-races, not a new set of BC races in PP order.

TMW: Do you know when the BC phone seminar will be available?

TGAB: There is NO phone seminar. The online seminar includes integrated audio components for the  relevant horses complemented visually by Thoro-Graph figures, sheet patterns, trainer, sire, and other miscellaneous data useful handicapping those horses.

Jerry Brown\'s analyses for the Santa Anita 11/1 and 11/2 cards, a different individual product for each day, will specifically lay out his suggested plays for each race card. Each Santa Anita analysis will be available on the phone line (1-877-915-1717) early each evening the day before races. The charge is $25 per card. Have a program or listing of horses ready for each race as the phone communication goes by within two to three minutes.
