In her last race at CharlesTown, Jazzy Idea encountered an insurmountable rail bias.  Nothing was going by the speed on the rail at the bullring that night.  She did show that she could handle the dirt, tho her form is certainly more proven on turf.  Owners thought they would just take a shot at getting a piece of a large purse-exactly what Dale Romans said about Tapitsfly two races back.  So, maybe.
