Andy gets 8 appointments, including the chair. Silver (no, not THAT Silver) and Skelos get 2 each, and NYRA gets 5. The horsemen and breeders get 1 each, nonvoting. No seats for those who pay the freight.

Same 3-year time frame as previously reported. Expected to pass before the session ends on Thursday. Oh, boy.
