A court-ordered \"Integrity Counsel\" is fired by NYRA in early 2011. They deliver their report to NYRA\'s board anyway, citing new findings and concerns. The NYRA board barely summons up enough energy to ignore the report for a whole year, and now they are trying to prevent said \"Integrity Counsel\" from releasing the report to the state and the public, citing attorney-client privilege.

Though at least a couple of NYRA\'s depicted actions were understandable (especially at the time(s)), this is hardly a broad cause for joy for the previous administration.
