The Kentucky Court Of Appeals has still not ruled on the Rachel thing, it\'s been like 17 months, which everyone says is a record or close to it. That\'s about 60 Thursday nights drinking and Fridays getting up early to see if they ruled, which is a very bad combination. When this is over I\'m suing the Court for pain and suffering.

Next Friday will be Oaks Day, three years after the one Rachel won, a few days after which she was sold for 10m. It would be really nice (and ironic) if it came down that day.
