How about the Fayette, which features a 9/5 fave packed with lead and potentially
losing all the ground?

How about you write it? I\'m writing paragraphs on over 100 stinking horses, unless Al wants to do one you guys are on your own.

If the results are the same as last year, I will send a letter to the DRF, promoting Rapid Redux for HOY.

Just reviewed the ROTW.  Largely agree with the analysis for all the reasons set forth in there.....only things I would add is that I think JJs Lucky Train needs to be used as protection if his price is ML or longer.  I agree with the analysis on him, BUT, I think there are several reasons to think he could jump forward and his price is pretty good (and if you are right about everything else, it would stink to lose out on a nice exotic because this horse got in).  In no particular order the horse loves 7 furlongs, has had lots of excuses that forgive no new top since early in his three year old year, is turning back from route to sprint (which he has done great at and he should be running sprints).  Also, I would note after his first reaction, he has only made one new top ever...it was on the turn back from two turns to 7 furlongs...horse appears to be healthy and fast....3yos should not be stuck at the same place they were in February...also, the very fast 2 yo top suggests that when he makes the new top, it could be impressive.  The low weight doesn\'t hurt.  If the projected speed duel materializes, he could just as easily be the beneficiary as others.

Wise guys might point out that a lot of what i have said could be said about Justin Phillip.  Couple of quick points -- the difference between 5-1 and 12-1 is huge.  If their odds flip flopped, then you are talking.  Also, justin phillip does not have the excuses JJ does.  He more than JJ should have moved forward. Some of what I say about JJ applies to JP, BUT with Asmussen Garcia and flashier PPs, you are never going to get value priced there.  JJ has PRX connections, guys that most saturday bettors never heard of....and a lot of his value is hidden.

Does Uptowncharlybrown\'s Belmont Stakes figure reflect the fact that he lost a weight pad at the 7/8s pole?  Do we know how much a weight pad weighs?  Would it be revealing a trade secret to say how much the adjustment needed to be for the lost weight pad?
