Gate Crew/Starter at Delaware Park

One of the many reasons I quit working at Delaware Park was due to the inepntness of the gate crew, which, in my opinion is the worst in the country. (RACETRACKS LOOKING FOR SLOTS: BEWARE- THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN CASINO MENTALITY TAKES OVER.......)

For the record, no criminal behaviour observered here, just a complete lack of regard and competence for the racing product. Rickman wanted to fire this guy 3 years ago. Time to hire me to straighten out this joke of a race track.......................
