With the removal of Dutrow\'s horse, looks like Evening Jewel will be a strong favorite. I am going to key Fascinatin\' Rhythm, however. 12-1 on the morning line with a trainer who ships fresh and ready horses. Doubt I will see the 12-1, but perhaps 8/1. Like this horse to hit the board. Nice bullet works.

Update: well I wasn\'t expecting Dutrow\'s horse to be there. Looks like some legal tricks may let the horse run after all.

Not thrilled with Amen Hallalujah here anyway.   She got REALLY good once they got her off the synths last year.   And Tricky will be on best behavior in Kentucky with his license hanging on by a shredded thread.

I think you have to really respect Decelerator here, setting a new top at 7 furlongs here last October in the Raven Run and looking to be in very good condition coming in off that Oaklawn performance.   Should get a good trip too.

Couple other bombers to look out for:

Kitty In A Tizzy - Blossomed on the synthetics last summer at Woodbine.  That 4 last time out here in that same stakes race as Decelerator, broke way behind the field with Chantal (who quite honestly, I\'m nowhere near as big a fan of her as some on here, way overrated IMO), and a rush job back into contention pretty much ended her chances.  LeParoux on today is a huge upgrade IMO.  Bond is good off a layoff, and the workouts has 9 perfectly spaced (7 day) workouts since February 5th.   A definent use IMO.

My Jen -  Couple shaky races last two, but this one ran big off the shelf at Saratoga last year, has an 8 on this track as a 2-year old, and adding blinkers and JJ on her back.  58 bullet (1/45) over this synth on April 9th.   This one is gonna get sent to the front and has a very good chance of hanging onto a piece, if not the win if Dr. Zic doesn\'t make her work.

Ugh, I love just missing everything.  Why do I keep playing that shit surface.

Got to love the powers that be....announcing a trainer change with Amen 5 min to post..C\'mon...give us a break, and stand behind your decisions...anyone want to guess who will be the trainer of record in Kentucky for Tricky and his gang

sekrah, you need to be my sponsor. If you see mention betting any artificial surfaces again, just tell me not to do it. It isn\'t worth it. Oh well, at least I didn\'t bet much.

So...was Dutrow \"on his best behavior\" today?

Or did the horse get a nice 2nd in spite of Dutrow\'s butchering?

I am absolutely NOT betting the Bluegrass this weekend.  I don\'t give a damn anymore.  Other than their turf races, Turfway, Keeneland, Pollywood, GG, Woodbine aren\'t getting another red cent from me.    I haven\'t picked a winner at Turfway in 5+ years.
