Jimbo & Joe B.

Kent is as as good as he wants to be, whenever he wants to be these days.

I too have gasped at many of his rides only to see him 2 races later show he\'s a hall of famer. You can\'t count on him day in and day out anymore to be at his best. That\'s for sure !!! The other thing that many trainers will verify is no one can tell him how to ride. He rides his race and does not take instructions well at all.

This guy lead the So Cal circuit in wins 7 times back in the days when Cali had far away the best jock colony ever assembled in one place. Pincay, McCarron, Steven\'s, Shoe, Eddie D. and many other solid jocks competed day in and day out for rides. Imagine the scramble for mounts today with 5 horse fields ?

Fake Maven

From the way he went after Napravnik early on the first turn I thought it was a personal vendetta

Well said, Frank, as evidenced by his perfect ride on Daylasoul(8-1) a few races earlier.  And prior to California, he won everything in Maryland.
