any love for musket man if he\'s in the 20 to 30-1 range....ran two  numbers that can put him in the money this year...pace implosion he gets the jump on the closers????thoughts...

Has anyone looked at the sheet on Hamazing Destiny?  I\'ve been following this horse and he\'s gotten good again...Top at CD last year....a -2 can win this race..he can stalk too...which I think is important in these types of races.  He\'s never faced a real stellar field but this years sprint isn\'t as loaded as years past it seems.  He\'s going to a huge price.

I have Musket Man\'s true odds being closer to 10-1, so I anticipate using him heavily in the Classic.

CHOWDERMAN

are you anticipating a new top to a neg 3 and that should get it done...or are figuring bounce city on quality road, fly down, luckyy

Chowder/Sekrah:

Either one of you want to explain how you figure on Musket Man staying a 1 1/4 against the best dirt horses in training?

Good Luck,
Joe B.

I give the horse a 9-10% chance of winning so I\'m not exactly expecting him to win.  But the horse never runs an terrible race, he\'s always fit and lays himself out there.  If he gets a solid trip, he\'ll have a shot.   That\'s all.   He\'s twice finished within 2 lengths of QR.. If things go great and a couple of the others get a mediocre trip, I think he has a chance.

Joe B. ,
I must agree with you...he was not even in the same zip code as B & QR in the Whitney at 1 1/8... how off of that race, and the Monmouth effort can you expect  him passing anyone @1 1/4 at CD?

Here are a few.  Not sure these will all qualify as \"bombs.\"

2yo Mile Turf - Tale Untold and Theyskens Theory (the latter in the Juvenile fillies as well - will run a new top but remains to be seen if it\'s enough).

1M 2yo Turf - Major Gain - should improve on turf

1M dirt - Morning Line - new top

Turf sprint - Central City - ditto

1M turf - The Usual QT - pair of last gets in the picture

toppled

Bombs away on Evening Jewel in the F&M Sprint.  Only 1 dirt race over this track was a huge jump up # over all her poly races & subsequent turf races.  She\'ll be the one that blows by them all in the stretch.

Ill-bred

Theyskens\' Theory in the BC Juvenile Fillies. Bred for dirt by Bernardini and G1 tested at a mile at Ascot. She\'s athletic and has some positional speed. 1/2 to Stevie Wonderboy. Dettori up.

Looks like a dirt horse to me. Watch her here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RwowL9bGC7s

Another good thought is to look closely at all Dettori rides...
