First off, I have overdosed on turf sprints and will not be pari- mutuelly
involved in the 5f turf event.

Mile:

Of those being mentioned as being able to upset Goldikova, you have Proviso,
a brilliant (!) filly trained by HOF trainer William Ichabod Mott. She is in the
midst of a brilliant (!) campaign. Three times she faced Goldikova in France while
trained by Andre Fabre, and Goldikova finished in front of her all 3 times.

Another possible upsetter is Paco Boy, presumably getting Lasix, who has come
very close to Goldikova in 4 tries but has not been able to pass her.

Do not believe that Court Vision, trained by non- steroidal Dutrow, will be able
to come back to his Woodbine effort, though note he gets an additional 3 weeks
rest coming into the race compared to last year.

Gio Ponti\'s only loss at a flat mile was in the 07 BC Juvie Turf, which was run
over a bog at Monmouth.

I imagine no attempt will be made to rate Sidney\'s Candy. Off nearly 90 days, do
not know where the value is off one lifetime turf try against less than a world
class field.

The Usual QT showed that he belongs with these in a tough Woodbine Mile.

Turf Classic:

Here is where I (finally) take a shot against what could be a big fave. Workforce
seems to be hovering around 6/5 in Europe, don\'t know how that translates on
Saturday.

Workforce\'s \"Racing Post Ratings\" make him one of the fastest runners in the
World; he is not quite so fast on his Euro TG\'s. By either measure, he \"reacted\"
off of his Epsom Derby score. As much as I hate to go against a runner from one
of the World\'s top trainers, I will try to beat this lightly raced 3YO.

Bekhabad -- 6/9 lifetime, beaten 4 by Workforce in the Arc with a trouble line.

Champ Pegasus -- Moving forward, needs to jump way up here, on the $.50 tickets
only.

Dancing Midge -- Also moving forward recently.

Winchester -- Belongs on the spread ticket.

Al Khali -- More of HOF WI Mott\'s great work on display. This one has had 4-5
weeks between races, comes back now in 20 days, wonder if he\'s ready for his best.

The Classic: Great race, been beat to death here. I see Blame and LAL making
middle moves, Zenyatta making the late move, maybe Fly Down charging down the
stretch on the wrong lead. Will use America\'s best miler, QR, to protect. Would
be great to see a great race on paper live up to the hype.

Best of luck to all...
