SPA 8th-The Lake George, Wednesday 7/28

Started by SilkySullivan, July 27, 2010, 12:21:03 PM

Not to interrupt the Rachel raging, but has anyone looked at the Lake George.  It might turn out to be the most competitive race of the meet.  I can only toss 2 of the 12 and that may be wrong.  Thoughts are much appreciated.

Ill-bred: Here\'s how I see that race...

Bay to Bay is the deserving fav, but post, weight, and jock combo provide concerns.

2 Crescenda and 1 House of Grace are my upsetters.

The German filly is the only other with intrigue for me.

I\'m four-deep max here in the late p4 and could just go with the 1-2 depending on the other legs.

drbillym: Silky, I don\'t think anyone can give you much help on this chaotic race.  Seems like anyone can win it.  Will box 2,4,9 but anything will pay well here.  Speaking of chaos, I think Love and Havoc has a shot in the 4th.

marcus: Silky - Looks to me like a very wide open race in the Lake George - go with the price horse on top and protect with others imo  . ..

jbelfior: I hate 3 horse exacta boxes but this one is so wide open, that it may be the best strategy.

Box Mott and the 2 Attfield fillies; hope for the best trips.

Good Luck,
Joe B.

jerry: First, the Tuesday DRF highlights the 3 Canadian horses.

Usually, I ignore their headlines.

Coincidentally, these 3 comprise a $6G+ triple and

Kimmel\'s horse noses out my 2 & 9 to blow my super. But I\'m fine.

jbelfior: Still scratching my head over the 10 holding second with that trip tracking that pace.

Good Luck,
