Devil May Care is a half to Regal Ransom who faded badly last year after a pretty perfect trip in the Derby.

Worse yet, Devil May Care is by Malibu Moon who is certainly less of a stamina influence than Distorted Humor, the sire of RR.

I understand that Pletcher says she wants to run all day but his comments and a token will get me a ride on the subway.  We have some pretty emperical evidence that leans in the other direction.

Someone convince me before I lose more money on this family (I played RR last year).

Already outran her siblings pedigree by winning at 1 1/8. Chances are more likely than not that she will get the extra eighth.Would be more concerned about her perfect trip against the girls in last and the physical nature of the derby, her largeness aside.

Without saying more,DMC would NOT be in the derby if Esky did not go bad.Does not mean she cannot beat this very common bunch.

Jim,I agree can\'t see her getting the mile and a quarter. I\'ve been here in louisville since friday.  Looking at lucky is as professional as I have ever seen. If you give him credit for the huge credit he deserves for the trouble in the santa anita derby his line would like great.  I think he is deserving of favoritism.
My very good friend who has been coming with me to the derby for years owns a piece of Mission impazible.  He is training up a storm.  I don\'t know if he fast enough but he could not be doing better.  His work against rule was incredible.
I\'ll be on the back side tommorrow morning .  let\'s visit

Careful...showing your age...some of the younger readers....if any....will not catch the reference to \"token\".....cant imagine tokens have been in use anywhere for probably at least 10 years (sorry....i do remember them fondly...especially since i was a lot less likely to lose a token than i am to misplace a farecard with money on it).
