Still trying to figure out how Bickerson\'s \"Mocassin\" earned a 7.

When these performance ratings are done, does anyone actually look at the race?

So there\'s no credit in performance given to a 2yo filly who breaks alertly from the 4 path and is hard used to secure the rail in a 7f sprint and an inside trip, for which she will surely get penalized for even though she is inside of two others and has to be hard used again so she is not trapped going into the far turn.

Nothing like that 3W trip to get you a figure that competes in here.
