It looked to me like the main track played pretty fair. With maybe a little basis toward the inside. It looks like its tough to close on the turf.

I was over invested in the Godolphin group (Sara Louise, Music Note and Cocoa Beach) and it cost me plenty. It doesn\'t like they are firing. Only two thirds (one was fav and the other was second choice) on the day. They certainly didn\'t outrun their odds

Hopefully it helps for tomorrow. Any other thoughts?

Yes, after 2 years and 3 days of watching this, do not bet another horse whose last prep was on dirt and who has never proven that he/she can run on synthetics.  Let them beat you.  Also, Keenland form seems to be transferring very well, and certainly better than dirt #s. Cloudy\'s Knight, She Be Wild, Informed Decision and Mushka.

Silver Charm

Good enough to win the Figs were always the place to start but after that everything came down to trips and pace.

ALL DAY

Betting a Lookin at Lucky tomorrow where the 12 and 13 hole are 0-28 over the last two years means you need to be committed.

I think horses whose last prep was on dirt are 0-34 after today if that answers your above question.

Yeah, main track looks much tighter than last year, and inside wasn\'t bad at all - in fact only superior runners are going to score on the outside. The turf is cut very short, like a pool table look, so the closers and outside posts are not doing too well; as far as the Euro\'s, if they have tactical speed, fine, but stay away from any deep closers on grass because it\'s not happening; speed is much better than it was last year when they had a deeper grass course which favored the Euro\'s. I agree with Monmouth Guy, I got crushed betting dirt runners who didn\'t fire on the synthetic going.
