don\'t know exactly what kind of price I will get but I figure with the weight and ground loss, they are projected at roughly the same kind of figure and no one is going to get rich playing 2-5 shots so I am going to take a shot with the longball.

good luck to everyone

Coast to Coast 1/5 shots tomorrow, with Rachel more likely 1/9.

I\'ll have to channel Jimbo Double X here and make the comment that these races
would be a lot more compelling if there was any chance that these fillies would
race against each other some time during the year.

Speaking of Rachel Alexandra, I wish her owner would just shut up and go plant
some grapes. I am getting tired of the press conferences/press
releases/teleconferences every time this filly takes a dump or sneezes. Just
let the filly walk the walk on the track. Right now she is the best 3YO of any
gender in the US; to maintain tnat position, she probably needs to win the
Travers or another Grade 1, or beat older runners of either gender in a Grade 1
stake.

More RA: DRF says Borel will ride at Saratoga this Summer; in 2007 Bo-rail was
9 for 100, with 4 of those 9 coming in Graded events. I hope the likeable Cajun
gets a lot of press coverage and that the tourists and the alta kokkers at OTB
send it in on him; my feeling is that once again he will be exposed as an
average rider with an admirable work ethic and competitive spirit.

After a long week and a couple of cold beverages, I could be collapsed on the
couch at Living Room Downs by the time Rachel or Zenyatta steps on the track. I
think the best betting race at the tracks I\'ve looked at is the Fratello Ed,
the 4th at Belmont (named for a decent NYSB pokey rodent who I seem to recall
was headquartered at Finger Lakes). The Fratello Ed seems to be a well matched
race, and is the third leg of what is scheduled to be an early Pick 4 which
features 3 races scheduled for the main track (on the other hand, 5 of the 6
races in the P6 sequence which features Rachalk Alexandra are scheduled for
grass).

Only 700 minutes to post time...

I\'d hazard a guess that the HUGE competion for live ones at SAR will have more to do with any under performance vs the odds than lack of riding ability.

I\'m just gonna sit back and enjoy this one as Zenyatta will still beat these even with the weight.  I like Modification for second.

I think there is a chance to beat Rachel today with Flashing.  That horse can run.  Hopefully she can stay close to Rachel on the outside and blow her up in the stretch as she is bred to run all day.
