We would like to thank all thorograph players (and Jerry) for last weeks help with the Pool Day at Tampa Bay. We upped handles on the bet around 100%, and are hoping for a good showing this week at MNR. Week by week we wish to be able to show the power of the horseplayer, and hopefully changing this game one week at a time. We have created some buzz with this so far, with an article in a magazine, internet radio interviews. As well, a HANA member will be represneting horseplayers at a wagering conference at the end of the month on a panel with tracks, the managing director at betfair, and a few others about wagering.

For those who wish to help, the target is race 3 the exacta pool. It is a full field, and we have trackmaster tools, bias reports, and figs on our blog, as well as free PPs for the race here:

Jerry had expressed that he may be able to get thorograph sheets for the race up on this thread, and if he can in time we would appreciate it a ton.

Thanks for playing, and thanks Jerry for your support.

Good betting race. #3 Enter The Lion is a terrible ML favorite.

#6 Take Aim is one of my favorite TG plays -- the improver who just won and might not be done improving. Could get back to lifetime top tonight. I know we are supposed to focus on the exacta, but I\'ll take him straight up at 3-1 or more.

#7 Kris\'s Honor looks like he alternates efforts, with a \"lesser\" race on tap for tonight if the pattern holds, but hard to toss from exacta because he\'s always around at the end. Hard to imagine him winning tonight, but...hey, it\'s Mountaineer. Anything is possible.

#8 Hey Reemer could challenge if he\'s done reacting to the effort three back at Turfway...or he could also be rump sore from all of those poly races. Live trainer / jock combo and positive ROI -- watch the tote for clues. Jock Feliciano rode both of this horse\'s winning races, FWIW.

I\'ll key the 6 up and down with the 7 and 8, and play the 6-7 straight for some more.

You were right Rick, \"it\'s Mountaineer, anything can happen.\" I played a 4, 6-8 EX box. Looked like the 9 found that early winter form.

I just went back to see what I missed on TG about the winner (#9).

I didn\'t miss anything. That horse was a giant reach, at best.

With this, and the nonsense last Tuesday at Tampa, I\'m starting to wonder if these tracks aren\'t playing us HANA supporters for chumps. (And before anyone suspects sour grapes on my part, I got 1/2 of the tri in today\'s race with my \"tri-as-show-bet\" saver on the #6. I\'ve used this bet for years to guard against \"head scratcher\" winners like the one in this race.)

Thanks to everyone. Nice bump in all pools by the looks of it, including the 73k ex pool.

Thanks again!
