1) Make Champagne and Frizette 1-1/16th miles (one turn at Belmont).

2) Add 2 Graded stakes for 2YOs (to be run at 6 furlongs). I have always
thought that 2YO sprints at the BC level would be popular with horsepeople and
horseplayers.
