MO: Van Berg is on the list as well. Nobody ever accused him of cheating, so I wouldn\'t look at this as a \"Get Dutrow\" hearing. Lots of other trainers who could/should appear but they picked these 2.

twoshoes: Just enough hubris there to get himself in trouble if he doesn\'t have someone good to advise him. On his own he\'s likely to walk out of the hearing with his shirt looking like it did after the Belmont.

MO: So are you saying that Dutrow\'s comments on national TV separate him from other cheater\'s who may have an even longer \"resume\" of violations but who have not yet admitted to drug illegal drug use on national TV, and this is why they haven\'t been called as witnesses?
