It was eerily similar to Smarty Jones for me.  I happen to sit next to a Rags user today and on Rags, Z Fortune was as fast as Big Brown.

You had Big Brown faster than Beyers and Rags, similar to Smarty, and it would seem the race confirmed your figures.
